I can help you make meaning out of the chaos and I can help you create tools that put your life back in your hands. I am a trauma-informed art therapist. I help adults and teens overcome feelings of anxiety, manage emotional dysregulation, and reduce chronic stress in order to release limiting beliefs and live a peaceful and embodied life.
I have a master's degree in clinical mental health and counseling, specializing in transpersonal art therapy. I offer services providing individual art therapy and counseling. I provide a holistic approach to psychotherapy and I offer creative interventions for clients to explore aspects of mind, body and spirit with the goal of helping support sustainable mental health. I am trained in mindfulness, yoga and meditation and I offer these components within my practice.
